Hytrol continues to grow, with 2016 on target to be the best year in the company history. The growth a distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and same-day ecommerce consumer demand is the fuel of the company growth. The company is adding staff at the Jonesboro, AR corporate headquarters.
Currently the company is seeking a Design Engineer who will design and produce necessary drawings to manufacture standard conveying equipment and/or modified equipment in accordance with customer’s specific needs, and support manufacturing with problems that relate to design, bills of material, or item masters. This would include any engineered product from concept to production implementation up to and including shipment of such product.
The candidate will require the ability to plan, organize, and implement design projects from initial concept to testing or prototypes as well as perform design layouts and drafting on CAD systems as needed. As part of the design engineering function the new team member will select and specify purchased parts and materials as needed; will work closely with Manufacturing and Quality to identify and resolve design issues via various troubleshooting and problem solving techniques.
