Hope and Help of Central Florida’s Thresa Giles to Speak at 2026 340B Coalition Summer Conference
Central Florida nonprofit CEO to share insights on 340B strategy, financial stewardship, and expanding access to care.

Winter Park, Fla. – July 10, 2026 – Thresa Giles, CEO of Hope and Help of Central Florida, Inc. (dba “Hope & Help”), will join the speaker lineup for the 2026 340B Coalition Summer Conference, an annual gathering focused on the 340B Drug Pricing program in the United States, July 13th-15th. Each year, the conference seeks to unite leaders in healthcare and nonprofits with policymakers to explore emerging healthcare trends, regulatory developments, and strategies to strengthen the 340B program.

Giles currently serves as the executive leader at Hope & Help, a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to addressing HIV and other STIs through prevention, comprehensive treatment, education, peer resources and testing. Founded in 1988 by a group of friends seeking to support a friend with AIDS, Hope & Help provides community-centered care across seven counties in Central Florida through mobile testing units, bilingual services, harm-reduction programs and other resources.

Giles credits her extensive background in finance, contract administration, grant management, IT and investment strategy to her approach to leadership at Hope & Help. During her time as CEO, she has focused on expanding community partnerships, diversifying funding models and creating sustainable growth for the organization.

At this year’s conference, Giles will share insights into evolving 340B program dynamics and the critical role of financial stewardship, compliance and strategic growth in expanding access to care for underserved communities, particularly to expanding access to HIV and STI prevention and treatment. In her presentation, she will draw from decades of leadership in finance, procurement, regulatory compliance and operational strategy.

“Participating in the 340B Coalition Summer Conference is an opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue about the future of equitable healthcare access,” said Giles. “I look forward to connecting with colleagues across the field and contributing to conversations that help strengthen and protect the 340B program.”

The 340B Coalition Summer Conference will be held from July 13th-15th at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Giles will be speaking on July 14th from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. during the “Track 3: 340B: Expanding Access to HIV and STI Prevention and Treatment” session, located in National Harbor rooms 12 and 13.
