Hip hop Artist Secures Eagle Award for ADT

Dallas, TX – The music business has changed.  Change brings new ways, Dangerous Ways.  Tulsa native, hip hop recording artist, and Dogg Pound indie mogul, Robert C. Daniels known as Dangerous Rob is back with another album and single soon to release.  Daniels is no stranger  to success and hard work.  Daniels has received numerous awards for his music and work ethic spanning more than two decades like the SPOT Award, MusicDishTV Award,  Akademia Music Award, and Lifetime Achievement Award from the Source Magazine.  Daniels’ work ethic follows him everywhere. Now, Daniels has received the most prestigious corporate award in the Presidential Circle of Excellence known as the Eagle Award.  The Presidential Circle of Excellence is the highest form of recognition at ADT Security, an alarm company giant where Daniels is a manager.  The Eagle Award denotes Daniels as the Top Manager and team leader worldwide.  Daniels credits ADT’s diversity and inclusion, while giving him an opportunity to be a Team Manager.

When asked about the award, Daniels said, “I believe the reason for my success is utilizing everything I’ve learned in life and from the music industry to strive to be better each day and encourage or motivate others to achieve greatness, too.”  Daniels explained how being raised in an urban environment (North Tulsa) allows him to relate to the agents who share his struggles from the past.  This understanding provides a pathway to establish credibility that helps everyone adapt to the work at hand, while demonstrating compassion for his agents or team.

“When things at home are not going well, that finds it’s way into the workplace.  Knowing how to help the team compartmentalize the struggles and being sensitive to their needs motivates them to work harder because someone cares,” said Daniels.  Research and scientific evidence demonstrates that work life balance is important to corporate success and personal well-being, which Daniels has naturally understands and embraces as a leader of an international organization.

Daniels explained that his life journey will continue to focus on growth and opportunity, especially as it relates to releasing his last and final album, Dangerous Ways.  There are plans in place for a movie, Hundred Stacks, inspired by his single release.  Ultimately, the book, Living Dangerously, will explain his rise to the top from the streets to the music industry and now Corporate America.
