1. High-voltage wiring harness arrangement gap requirements

The arrangement gap should be appropriate, and the operability of assembly and repair should be fully considered.

Generally, a space of no less than 200mm is reserved for all connector positions to facilitate connection and disconnection operations. The connection between the connector and the component should properly eliminate mechanical stress.

Considering that the currents of different models are the same, the distance between high and low voltage parallel wiring of commercial vehicles must be greater than 400mm, and the distance between high and low voltage parallel wiring of passenger vehicles must be greater than 200mm; if the actual situation does not meet this distance, consider wiring perpendicular to each other.

2. High-voltage wiring harness fixing requirements

For the layout of the high-voltage wiring harness, the wiring harness should be protected as much as possible to minimize the relative movement between the wiring harness and the car body.

Due to the high strength of the high-voltage wire harness, different treatments are required according to the length of the wire harness. Generally, it is required to be fixed with smooth and burr-free brackets, wire grooves, wire clips, cable ties, etc.; when fixing with cable ties, full consideration should be given to the fixing method. In order to choose a suitable cable tie for fixing, to avoid the risk of fixing failure.

The distance between the fixed protective parts of the wiring harness shall not be greater than 400mm. And the high-voltage wiring harness must not cause interference to the movable parts, and the distance between the two must not be less than 50mm.

The power battery of a pure electric vehicle is arranged in the lower floor behind the vehicle. The high-voltage wiring harness from the front end of the battery passes under the vehicle floor and is close to the ground. It is necessary to add a bellows protection outside the cable to prevent the high-voltage wiring harness from being exposed to during driving. Splashing stones on the pavement, etc.

Due to space requirements in some locations, the wire harness cannot be protected by a corrugated pipe. You can consider adding a plastic wire trough outside the high-voltage wire harness to protect the wire harness.
