Haizol Completes 2025 Supplier Discovery Tour Supporting Global Online Custom-Parts Sourcing in China

SHANGHAI, China – December 10, 2025 – Haizol, a digital platform for sourcing custom-parts manufacturing online, announced the completion of its 2025 Winter Supplier Discovery Tour, held November 22-27 across Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo. The platform is used by companies sourcing CNC machining, injection molding, casting, sheet metal fabrication, stamping and other custom manufacturing processes.

70+ Participants From 27 Countries Complete Six-Day Factory Tour

The six-day program brought international procurement and engineering teams into verified factories representing machining, molding, casting, sheet metal, stamping, fabrication and rapid prototyping. More than 70 participants from 27 countries attended the tour. Each participant followed a structured schedule and completed seven factory visits aligned with their technical requirements. Survey results included:

  • 92.8% were satisfied or very satisfied with the factory visits
  • 54% met 41–60 suppliers during the week
  • 64.2% submitted RFQs or RFPs to suppliers they met onsite

Supplier Matchmaking Events Connect Buyers With 300+ Verified Chinese Manufacturers

Large in-person matchmaking sessions were held in Suzhou and Hangzhou, bringing together more than 300 verified factories from Haizol’s network. Capabilities represented included:

  • CNC machining and turning
  • Injection molding and mold fabrication
  • Sheet metal fabrication and welding
  • Metal stamping and forming
  • Casting and die casting
  • 3D printing and rapid prototyping

These sessions enabled attendees to review multiple suppliers in one location.

Factory Visits Across Four Custom Parts Manufacturing Hubs in Eastern China

Delegates conducted factory visits across Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Ningbo. Reviews included:

  • Multi-axis machining centers
  • Turning and mill-turn operations
  • Injection presses and toolrooms
  • Laser cutting, bending and welding lines
  • Stamping, casting and die-casting operations
  • Surface finishing and inspection processes

Factories visited reported annual output values ranging from 9 million RMB to more than 180 million RMB, with varying levels of export experience.

How the Online-to-Offline Model Addresses Custom Manufacturing Sourcing Challenges

The Supplier Discovery Tour was created to address sourcing challenges that online information alone cannot resolve. Many capable factories do not exhibit internationally, and online profiles often provide limited visibility into machinery specifications, equipment lists and quality-control systems. This makes it difficult for overseas companies to assess whether a factory’s technical setup meets their project requirements.

Companies typically begin supplier research on Haizol’s online platform, then use the tour as a structured method to confirm manufacturing capability, discuss drawings with engineers and assess factory suitability in person. This online-to-offline approach supports sourcing across CNC machining, injection molding, casting, sheet metal fabrication, stamping and multi-process assemblies.
