The customer toured our production workshop, covering the milk‑powder bagging‑palletizing production line, QC quality‑control procedures, finished‑goods warehouse, packaging workflows and sample exhibition area. This complete solution consists of automatic bagging machine, screw weighing scale, industrial pulse dust collector, stitching & heat‑sealing unit, ABB robot palletizing system, pallet dispenser, automatic cardboard placer, stretch wrapper and metal detector. Material contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel. It reaches a packing speed of 120 bags per hour for 25 kg kraft paper bags, complying with food grade clean room production requirements.

The palletizing robot adopts ABB 460, with a maximum speed of 900 packages per hour.The pallet library system adopts roller conveyor, which is more adaptable than the chain conveyor pallet library. The size of the pallet library can be adjusted to suit several different sizes of pallets, and it is more adaptable.
