Professor Farnworth brings more than 34 years of experience in leadership and human capital, having worked across 46 countries and engaged with more than 55 nationalities.
His professional experience includes 22 years with HSBC across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, leadership development work with the British Government, and senior positions in talent, learning and organisational development. His international experience also includes work with multinational corporations, financial institutions, governments and international agencies across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
His professional appointments and engagements have included organisations such as Mitsubishi Electric, Bank of Ghana, Bank Muscat and the Red Cross.
The programme is therefore grounded not only in academic leadership theory, but also in practical experience working with senior leaders and organisations across different industries, cultures and operating environments.
