In response to the Covid-19 crisis, Credit4Good has added a life-line for Small Businesses and Non-Profits.
While lenders are tightening up due to the COVID 19 Crisis, Credit4Good is working around the clock to help their client’s obtain the funding they need to survive, and a new program inked this week opens up additional funding options to restaurants, bars, day-care centers, gyms and fitness centers, motels and hotels…virtually ANY industry that has been affected!
“What we’ve been able to put together for our clients this week is mind-blowing,” says Sherry Johnson, founder and CEO of Credit4Good. “We are beyond excited to announce our new COVID-19 RELIEF LOAN PROGRAM!
This program is designed to help merchants who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. It doesn’t matter if their businesses are shut down, or simply have little to no revenue, WE CAN STILL MATCH THEM TO FUNDS with real estate as collateral, and just about ANY form of real estate will do.”
Here are the details of the new Credit4Good program:
- COVID-19 Shut Down Period: no payments are due for the first 3 months (as the first 3 months of payments are interest only but collected at closing).
- Recovery Period: months 4-12, during which daily or weekly Interest Only payments are due.
- Pay-Back Recovery Period: months 13-24, during which daily or weekly Principal and Interest payments are due, amortizing the loan over 48 months, with a balloon payment of principal due after the full 24 month term.
