Matthews, NC – is where this pioneering educational and wellness company is based, but operations are entirely remote. Serving students of all ages and backgrounds, Early Learning & Fitness Academy LLC offers a holistic approach to education where the entire family benefits.
Due to these times of devastation and isolation, families are suffering, relationships are dividing – and even children are dealing with stress, anxiety, and other unprecedented issues. Both educators and therapists support the growth of all independent students, children, and families.
Philosophy, Courses & Students – ELFA’s philosophy, Heal-Learn-Grow-education for the mind, body, and spirit – supports a holistic approach to education that aids in the healthy growth of individuals. This allows them to reach their full potential. There is a focus on the improvement and growth within all the domains: physical, cognitive, linguistic, socio-emotional, and spiritual development.
Courses for preschool to adults are delivered in 25 or 50-minute sessions of: World Languages, Music, Dance, Art, Biblical Studies, Therapy, Counseling and Health & Fitness.
Preschool to Grade 6 students can take individual or group classes in academics (Reading, Writing, Math, Science, STEM, Coding and Tutoring).
Faculty – The faculty is comprised of exceptional, industry professionals who are specialists in their fields of education, dance, music, art, fitness, world languages and counseling. Academic Specialists are experienced in U.S. based Special Education, Early Childhood, K-12 and Universities! “I’m excited to partner with teachers that feel the way we do about the education for all students,” … so that “they can live life to their full potential!” Krista Knight, Co-CEO & Academy Principal.
About Early Learning & Fitness Academy
ELFA opened in January 2021 and was created by a family for families. Founders Kevin and Krista Knight have encompassed their experiences, backgrounds and strengths to start this amazing journey together. They’ll help transform students’ lives by providing meaningful experiences in respectful, welcoming, and interactive classrooms.
Although ELFA’s pioneering as an innovator, they’re operating from an ancient perspective that people need more than academics to thrive. They are inspired to offer change in education and to serve communities worldwide. We should see school scholarships for underserved families by 2023. Lastly, look out for virtual events such as art exhibitions, music, dance and theatrical performances hosted by the Early Learning & Fitness Academy.
