Jul 8, 2020 – Highly innovative instrumental duo, ‘K I Off The Book’ have proudly announced the release of their debut E.P. The E.P is one that dives deep into the explorative, expressive, and wildly imaginative side of sound, and portrays the duo’s mission to create genuinely unique and entirely unforgettable moments in time.
The duo, Illes Ispanovits, and Peter Kocso combine their spectacular skills to generate true authenticity in their music (Illes handles the drum, while Peter plays the guitar). Together, ‘K I Off The Book’ takes their listeners on a powerfully stylistic and sensory trip unlike any other with this E.P.
In a recent interview, the classic duo talked about their goals and inspirations, and about their debut E.P., They are quoted to have said, “We didn’t learn music by the book and we don’t play by the book, we barely know the standards. We just love to create our music, whatever it is. Our goals are simple and straightforward. We just want to share our music to as many people as possible, giving them the flow, so they can feel what we feel when we play our music”
‘K I OFF THE BOOK’s EP 1 comes with three tracks. The duo will be releasing a new track every month until the year runs out, with a promise of an album as well as bonus songs. Another more exclusive album with a special orchestration is to be released this year as well.

Illes Ispanovits and Peter Kocso are old friends for many years with common childhood and musical roots. They started to play together as a duo because they didn’t want to follow the regular band and music rules.
Peter brings his classical guitar studies, while Illes brings his autodidact drum skills. Nowadays they live in different countries even different continents, but still, work together step by step.
