Aluminum centrifugal filter separates the substances according to the difference in density between the substances. Available in 750*600*1650 and 750*600*1700 in dimension, Lint Top’s manual type aluminum centrifugal filter can improve the quality of the oil, greatly extend the service life of the wire drawing oil and save oil consumption.
The speed of this centrifugal filter is up to several thousand revolutions per minute. It will separate the deteriorated residual impurities, aluminum powder, oil sludge, carbon black, gum and mixed metal particles and so on under the strong centrifugal force. And the separated aluminum powder drying degree can reach more than 90%.
In addition to manual type, Lint Top is pleased to announce the automatic type. Available for use on any wire drawing machineor as a retrofit to whole production line. Aluminum centrifugal filter’s speed is up to several thousand revolutions per minute, enabling separated the deteriorated residual impurities, aluminum powder, oil sludge, carbon black, gum and mixed metal particles and so on under the strong centrifugal force. This solution supports wide oil treatment range which can meet the needs of various industrial fields, separation accuracy up to 10μm or less and removal rate is greater than 98.7%.
