Marlo Mell: My sound is my own sound, Florida bred with my lingo.
Interviewer: What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
Marlo Mell: I grew up around music and listening to rappers, I kept practicing until I got better. By the time I came out of prison, I had so many raps ready I know it’s destined.

Marlo Mell: I hope they connect with me and feel my music and my story like it’s theirs.

Marlo Mell: I’m just tryna get it, ask me this again when I touch a million.
Interviewer: What is ‘Photoshoot’ all about?
Marlo Mell: Photoshoot is a story about how I’m living and where I’m going. “I lose my brain when I’m in the booth” is a lyric I dropped because of it real. When I get in the booth and drop these verses I don’t hold back.
