With a focus on engineer-to-order solutions, McMillian has spent over a decade as an engineer designing circuits and PCB’s, programming PLC’s and MES systems, and in process control. Experienced in IT infrastructure design, automated data collection, data aggregation, and reporting are just some of the critical skillsets he brings to all customer interactions. Additionally, his expertise in Life Cycle and risk analysis and sheet metal, extrusions, injection molding, machining, painting, and casting are extraordinarily valuable.
