The administrative support and virtual assistant service has had the most successful year yet in growth, profitability, and philanthropy in 2021.

Year after year, Cyberbacker has exceeded its goals of growth, profitability, and philanthropy. The 2021 annual report showed to be the best year yet in all categories.

During the company’s beginning in 2018, Founder and CEO of Cyberbacker, Craig Goodliffe, had a goal of creating 100 jobs and exceeded that goal with 120 jobs. The following year, Goodliffe aimed to double that goal and create 200 jobs. He ended 2019 by creating 259 jobs. Again, he wanted to double that goal in 2020 to 400 jobs. He ended the year with 870 jobs. That same year Goodliffe wanted to start a profit share of $50,000 for Cyberbacker employees. By the end of it, he had a profit share of $226,644.

In 2021, Goodliffe set his sights high and had a goal to create 2,000 jobs and a profit share of $500,000. In total, through Cyberbacker, Goodliffe has created 2,199 jobs and a profit share total of $874,132 (that’s $647,488 in just 2021). With this momentum, he’s on track to have 15,000 Cyberbackers by 2025.

In addition, he implemented CyberCapital which provided calamity loans and loans for employees to buy properties and cars, while profit sharing the interest. CyberCapital loaned $261,501 to its employees in 2021.

“Hurricane Bernadette really impacted a lot of our Cyberbackers, so we jumped in with calamity loans so they’d be able to have their needs met,” Goodliffe said.

To up the ante, Goodliffe also sold 23 Cyberbacker franchises since May 2021.

“I’m just so happy with all we’ve accomplished. I’m happy to provide a great place to work for so many talented people as well as give them opportunities to better their lives,” Goodliffe said. “That’s what’s most important when it comes down to it.”

Goodliffe expresses his excitement to continue making Cyberbacker bigger and better for years to come.
