Dr. Smolar has been practicing for over forty years and is currently serving patients at his private practice located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Dr. Smolar obtained his medical degree in 1968 at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and his master degree in business administration and master degree of science in health administration at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Smolar interned at the US Public Health Services Hospital, served his residency at the New York Medical College and also underwent a fellowship in endocrinology at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine.

Dr. Smolar is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He was voted among Top Physicans of America. Dr. Smolar has also taught in medical schools and was featured on the Radio over the years. He feels that he owes his success to his hard work and the pursuit of lifelong education. In his spare time, he dedicates to history and financial planning. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology. He has been listed many times in various Marquis Who’s Who.

Dr. Smolar’s  hobbies are ballroom dancing, history, and finance. He has been listed as one of the Top Financial Planners of America
