CAASPP is one of many assessments we use to examine student performance and in developing the whole child. We examine several other indicators to evaluate where we need to make improvements and I thank both classified and certificated staff for their hard work and dedication toward preparing every student to become a college-, career- and life-ready graduate. Our gradual growth is a testament to our focus on high quality instruction, on-going monitoring, concern for student wellness and an increasing amount of family and community engagement. For continued student advancement and to keep closing the achievement gap, we need everyone’s contributions in and outside of the classroom.”
