Orlando, FL – The Soccer Institute of Montverde Academy, known as the best youth soccer development program in the country, has recently hired Fernando de Argila Irurita one of Spain’s most accomplished soccer coaches. SIMA seems to be taking their operation global by bringing on board international figures protagonist of the soccer scene around the world.
In 2013 SIMA contacted Frank Rijkaard as their international ambassador. Rijkaard is one of the world’s most prolific coaches having coached FC Barcelona, the best club team of Europe, and Leo Messi, the best player in the world.
This year, De Argila Irurita was brought onto SIMA to train its elite players and redesign the the training curriculum bringing it up to par with the European academies of FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Fernando was one of Leonel Messi’s first coaches and is credited, along with Guillermo Hoyos, with discovering Messi considered today the best soccer player in the world.
De Argila Irurita was the first coach for FC Barcelona’s futsal team. He has lead several Italian teams to win Italy’s First Division tournaments. De Argila Irurita has made his mark in Spain, Italy, Greece and Argentina discovering Europe’s most popular players.
SIMA is investing significantly in their international project. They are also bringing on two international recruiters Anderson Cardoso and Juan Jose Morales Rossi two of the business’ most impressive talent searchers.
De Argila Irurita’s stock is most valuable given his years of teaching other coaches. Fernando’s research in player formation and strength condition has been published in Europe’s top soccer magazine Futbol Tactico. Fernando’s son of the same name sake is also an important coach having been on the staff of Jacksonville Armada of the North American Soccer League.
With Rijkaard and De Argila Irurita at the helm of SIMA’s global outreach, they may very well produce the next Messi here in the US of A.
