eFlex will be demonstrating live demos of Job Element Monitor (JEM) – their Digital Work Instruction Platform at the show. With JEM, manufacturers can easily standardize operations and best practices. During production, JEM software records cycle times down to the task level, verifies adherence to standards, documents quality, and collects data for traceability. JEM does more than just provide paperless work instructions; it’s a tool for enforcing an assembly process.
JEM connects, enables and collects data from a wide variety of devices, including configurable I/O, barcode scanners, vision systems, gauges, cobots and augmented reality systems. In addition to device connectivity, JEM can connect to other MES applications, ERP and DMS systems.
