EcoCrops International Reports As Germany Announces Plans to Phase Out The Use Of Coal By 2038 In A Move Away From Fossil Fuels.
On January the 26th a German government-appointed commission has said that all of their coal-fired power plants will be closed by the latest 2038.

The German Economic Minister Peter Altmaier said on Twitter: ‘Less C02, more new jobs, a secure power supply, and affordability: a strong signal’

One of the commissions’ leaders stated that ‘This is a historic accomplishment’ and said that this deal will allow Germany to meet its climate change targets for 2030, which call for significant cuts to the use of fossil fuels.

With this continued shift away from fossil fuels countries will be turning to carbon-neutral alternatives such as solar, wind and wood pellets.

EcoCrops International offers investors the opportunity to invest in the production of biomass wood pellets which are ever growing in demand. This demand has a direct correlation to the rising price for wood pellets which sees January 2019’s reported wood pellet price up 8% from the average price in 2018.
