On November 4, 2025, the Shenzhen–Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone hosted the “Drive the World, Materials Shape the Future” Industrial Investment Promotion Conference, signing seven intelligent connected vehicle projects and facilitating four electronic chemical projects to enter the Shenshan High-end Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park. Shenzhen Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor Qin Weizhong, Municipal Secretary-General Lu Wenpeng, and other officials attended the event along with nearly one hundred enterprises. This conference is a key initiative of the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone to implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and accelerate the establishment of a modern industrial system led by new energy vehicles and supported by new energy storage, high‑performance materials, and intelligent manufacturing equipment. With themes centered on “vehicles” and “materials,” the conference promotes deep integration between industrial and innovation chains and aims to build the core functional zone of Shenzhen’s next-generation world‑class automobile city.

Lishengyuan Technology: A Rising Star in PV Energy Storage, Strategically Positioned in Shenshan

Lishengyuan Technology, a photovoltaic energy storage systems enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales, has become a noteworthy “dark horse” in the industry due to its strong technical capabilities and market performance. Over 70% of its products are exported to Europe and Australia. The decision to establish its smart factory in Shenshan reflects recognition of the area’s port proximity, convenient transportation, increasingly mature industrial ecosystem, vast development potential, and top‑tier business environment.

Chairman Li Ziqing stated in an interview with Shenzhen TV: “The Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone is a key strategic engine for Shenzhen to promote coordinated regional development and foster new productive forces. With its comprehensive industrial system and favorable business environment, it is fertile ground for innovative enterprises. Lishengyuan Technology is expected to reach 800 million RMB in output next year, and within five years we aim to achieve 5 billion RMB in revenue.”

Riding the Momentum — Lishengyuan Technology Helps Elevate Shenshan’s Industrial Ecosystem

The collaboration between Lishengyuan Technology and Shenshan was already taking shape earlier. On October 10, 2025, Lishengyuan Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenshan Urban Investment and held a grand signing ceremony at the Cooperation Zone Media Center. Leaders in attendance included Zhang Zhihua, Member of the Party Working Committee; Director Yan Jidong; Deputy Director Li Weikai; and Chairman Shen Kaiquan.

With the implementation of high-quality projects such as Lishengyuan Technology, Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone is accelerating the construction of a modern industrial landscape. This landscape is centered on the new energy vehicle industry, supported by three auxiliary sectors: new energy storage, high-performance materials, and intelligent manufacturing equipment.
