Ayodhya, India – In a spiritually significant ceremony held during the sacred festival of Chaitra Navratri, UK-based spiritual teacher Acharya Abhinav Yogi was formally conferred the rare and highly revered title of “ParamHans” in the holy city of Ayodhya. The ceremony took place at Shri Gopal Mandapam, Shri Rang Raghav Bhagwan Mandir, under the esteemed Shree Shree 1008 JagadGuru Ramanujacharya Sampradaya Ashram.
With this honor, His Holiness became the youngest and the first Paramhans from the United Kingdom and was bestowed the spiritual name Shree Shree 1008 Paramhans Yogi Abhinav Ji Maharaj following the Diksha ceremony. He will continue his global spiritual mission while remaining rooted as a Grihasta Sant, dedicated to the dissemination of Sanatan Dharma.
The Diksha and Paramhans ceremony was conducted under the blessings of revered spiritual authorities, including Shree Shree 1008 Shrimad JagadGuru Swami Kureshyacharya Ji Maharaj as Dada Guru and Shree Shree 1008 Dharma Rattan Shrimad JagadGuru Swami Sandeepani Ji Maharaj as Guru, along with the presence of several distinguished saints from multiple sampradayas, which also included a bath in the sacred Saryu River.
The title of “Shree Shree 1008 Paramhans” holds profound significance within Sanatan Dharma and is traditionally conferred only upon individuals who have attained a state of advanced spiritual realization, renunciation, and alignment with the universal truth. The title symbolizes the rare ability to transcend worldly dualities while remaining actively engaged in guiding society. It reflects years of intense sadhana, discipline, and the capacity to inspire and elevate collective consciousness, making it one of the most respected distinctions in the spiritual tradition.
Paramhans Yogi Abhinav ji Maharaj is the Founder and President of the Sanatan Spirituality Foundation, a global spiritual organization active across the United Kingdom, Bharat, and the United States. His initiatives include large-scale Vedic events in London, Kundalini meditation sessions, the development of a Sanatan Gurukul, and the organization of London’s first major “Shiv ki Baraat” procession on Maha Shivaratri, which saw participation from 800+ individuals representing diverse spiritual communities. He is also the co-founder of Sumarti Ashrams, where a significant open KaalBhairav Sadhna center dedicated to devotional worship and spiritual education is currently going under development.
