David Ebrahimzadeh Scholarship Announces Winner for Academic Year 2021

The scholarship founded by David Ebrahimzadeh recently announced its 2021 academic year winner. After much entries and deliberation, a College of Marin incoming sophomore bags the $ 1,000 financial assistance.

New York, United States – April 27, 2021 – The recently concluded David Ebrahimzadeh Scholarship for the academic year 2021 announced its winner for the incoming fall semester. Briana, a student from the College of Marin in Kentfield, California will receive the scholarship for this year.

Not every student has a level of financial security where they don’t have to worry about money for the incoming semesters. As much as they would like to pursue their academic goals, sadly, many are hindered because of financial difficulties. Corniche Capital President David Ebrahimzadeh deeply sympathizes with these sentiments, as he values the power of education to improve lives.

As a long-term commitment, the company started the David Ebrahimzadeh Scholarship to help students in need. Recently interested applicants were asked to fill out forms and display their knowledge and skills through an essay question: “When it comes to real estate, what excites you about the future?”

Following the selection process, an incoming sophomore from the College of Marin in California named Briana stood out from the rest. Her essay answer reads:

“Commitment, drive, passion, are just some of the aspects of being in real estate that really makes me excited about the future.”

Pursuing a degree in Business, Briana displayed her deep interest in real estate and how it has the capacity to influence people’s lives since owning a property involves a huge decision:

“Being involved in real estate, we are fortunate enough to make dreams come true! How can one not feel excited and be greatly moved from being involved in such a huge decision? This can absolutely be considered life-changing,” she added.

Briana also explained how getting into real estate is not only for career development but also for guiding others in making a big step towards positive life outcomes, such as owning a property for the first time.

“There’s so much that you can gain out of life, but when you invest and engage yourself in jobs that literally benefit others the positive outcomes seem limitless. I’m ready to get started in and join the real estate world, where making dreams come true is just one part of the job,” she concluded.

David Ebrahimzadeh Scholarship is a yearly program open for current students attending any U.S. college or university or accepted incoming freshmen.
