Dale Stenbroten and Katy Rowe, the husband-wife team managing the Art House Boutique Hotel, Milwaukee, with a passion for creating an authentic hotel experience for guests, has revealed that they have started a fundraiser campaign on Indiegogo for their Art House Boutique Hotel project. They want to combine the comforts associated with Airbnb and the convenience of a luxury hotel in the Art House Hotel.
“We are pleased to announce that we have already launched our campaign on Indiegogo to raise money for our Art House Boutique renovation project,” says Dale Stenbroten, the owner/President of Art House. “We have plans and the financing in place to give it a $1.2 million dollar renovation starting in December 2017. The additional funding that we are aiming to raise is to complete some extra features that will make the hotel and the surroundings more beautiful.”
The Art House Hotel owned by the family is a 20-room Airbnb hybrid. It combines the best of a luxury boutique hotel with the unique Airbnb home sharing experience. The three-story historic building is located in the heart of the lake front business district on the quiet downtown Milwaukee residential block.
According to the owners, the Art House Hotel is focused on providing travelers with a highly flexible accommodation experience. The emphasis is on offering easily affordable multi-room apartment-style lodging which comes with fully stocked kitchens, private living rooms, and adjoining bedrooms. The lodging arrangement can be used by a family or a small group of friends traveling together.
In addition to offering private lodging of the highest quality, the Art House Hotel also offers small group conference facility options. The offerings include comfortable, living room settings for small group gatherings.
The Art House Hotel also has a nice outdoor terrace space best suited for small ceremonies and celebratory events. Guests can also enjoy a la carte menu of concierge and wellness services which can be ordered on demand. Services also include a range of dining options, in-room massage, and other spa services.
The building is close to the natural beauty of the shores of Lake Michigan, the Oak Leaf Trail, and Bradford Beach.
