A Smart baby monitor for Infants: “allb” has been developed by a team of problem solvers to allow parents to monitor their babies’ health information reduce the stress of child care. The allb project is currently in need of funding to cover the tooling, manufacturing and various other expenses, a crowdfunding campaign has been launched on KickStarter with a funding goal of at least $15,000 to be raised before Fri, Mar 25 2016.
The small and convenient allb’ device will continuously monitor a baby’s skin temperature, sleep patterns and respiratory rate of babies for the prevention of SIDS. The fundamental aim of the device is to provide concerned busy parents with important health information about their babies in terms of monitored data and various data analysis as valuable insight for infant care. The allb’ team understands that keeping track of a baby’s health info at all times can be a stressful and tough job for which they need all the help they can get. allb’ safely adheres to the baby’s body in order to accurately measure all his or her movements. This placement produces a more accurate measurement than monitoring devices that attach to the baby’s ankle or clothing, the device has been manufactured out of no-toxic medical grade silicon with a delicate hook shape which stays put on the baby unless removed by the parent.

The data collected on the baby’s wearable device will be delivered directly to a synchronized smartphone, and parents will be altered as soon as a drastic or sudden change occurs in the information. Furthermore, All data are converted to statistical values and managed.
The ongoing Kickstarter with a $15,000 funding goal has seen steady progress since its launch. However the campaign has a long way to go to reach its goals. The funds raised through the current crowdfunding campaign will be allocated to various aspects necessary for the completion of the product for customer use.
