While tradeshow firms are trying very hard to put a hopeful spin on things, the data at this time is less than encouraging. Airlines and hotels are being quite forgiving if events are cancelled, however tradeshows and conferences are planned far in advance and if resources need to be reallocated to other marketing and customer outreach, that information must be known ASAP.
