Created with a sophisticated simplicity, the new collection includes tiles, sanitary ware and faucets, and perfectly marries simple looks and refined thinking for an overall unique and refreshing identity.
Whether counter-mounted, wall-mounted or floor-mounted faucets, the collection is categorized with stylistic purity and a minimalistic aesthetic.
After debuting the ‘Pætchwork/ Collection during Milan Design Week 2015 and CERSAIE 2015, COTTO highlights the unique and outstanding tile product line named ‘Pætchwork/ Boiserie by showcasing at CERSAIE 2016.
‘Pætchwork/ Boiserie, the perfect combination between Oriental artistry and the West’s rigorous design, offers something completely different with tiles that appear to be encased in wood frames. This unique approach is inspired by Asian woodworking traditions and creates a warm yet stylish look. Choice of colors includes eggshell and graphite, available in two sizes, 30 x 30 cm and 30 x 60 cm for maximum convenience during installation.
GRANDE Collection, Extra Large, Extra Possibilities
Remaining at the forefront of style, COTTO has introduced the GRANDE Collection, a series of extra-large porcelain slabs manufactured by state-of-the-art technology.
Designed to further tap into the premium market segment by building upon COTTO’s world-class quality and design prowess, the collection boasts distinctive features and design unlike any other tiles on the market.
In CERSAIE 2016, the GRANDE highlight is the newly launched model “Quari” in 12 mm thickness, inspired by luxurious white marbles from the world’s best sources; Golden Calacatta, Calacatta Borghini, and Macaubas Quartzite. To widen the array of design options available to designers, the GRANDE Collection also offers three series of modern design: BASALTINA, CEMENT, and WOOD STONE, all inspired by popular interior design materials such as decorative concrete, basalt, and granite.
Engineered to address a wide range of application needs, the tile has a low water absorption rate meaning better stain resistance and easier cleaning. Fired at a temperature of more than 1000 degrees Celsius, the tile is resistant to impact, heat and alkaline so keeping COTTO at the forefront of global design trends and innovation.
2016 continues to be a busy year for the COTTO team, also preparing to launch the official ITALIA COLLECTION, an eclectic and charming mix of drama and enchantment.
