Davenport, FL – November 10, 2025 – Coldwell Banker Richwill Realty proudly announces the return of its 4th Annual Richwill & Friends Turkey Giveaway, happening Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at its Davenport office, located at 39865 US Hwy 27, Davenport, FL 33837.
What started as a simple act of kindness has grown into a community tradition of compassion and connection. Last year, the event provided more than 60 families with Thanksgiving turkeys and holiday essentials, and this year the goal is to bless 100+ households across Polk County.

The free family-friendly event will feature:
