Closer2Talent is a newly launched mobile application that allows users to critically analyze their behavior and performances to foster personal growth. The user can ask a question and then press the card that is presented in front of them. Every answer comes from 108 emotional elements or 108 ratio elements, which leads to 216 options that create ideas, thoughts, dreams, and information. The app is launched for both iOS and Android users on their respective app downloading platforms.

Closer2Talent features a total of 108 cards that can be used within a team or individually. In addition to the general exercise ‘Take a Card’, the app also includes all other ways of mapping featured in the manual of the Team Performance Cards.
