Dubbed the Client Rebate Program, the system allows the clients to choose a program which fits their needs and budget. This is NOT a discount of services, rather an adjustment to new technology that saves time and money. Most importantly, though it is the Springer Realty commission structure of 100% that saves the most money for the clients. Traditional agents are charged a 30% split from their Broker. Thereby, Clark passes on the savings to his clients. There is no discount, just savings and professional service.
While launching the program Clark Faggioli said that the days of one commission fitting all are over, adding that not all the clients are same, some need less time and management because of technology. Clark says that the program simply passes on savings to the client while still providing more than Full Service. The same tools and technology as used by the Big Box franchises are used. “There is no difference, only that the overhead will be less and more saving for the clients,” said Faggioli. Traditional agents dislike discounts or rebate, they must pay higher broker fees and for office space. He adds that no rules are broken with the new program; they are offering the same service as other brokerages and follow what is stated by the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. The only difference is that he offers more services and experience for a lesser cost. Faggioli is one of the only licensed contractors and Chester County Realtor who work on and sells homes.

According to Faggioli, the Client Rebate Program has a seller and buyers options. The seller option has a full service 4.5 percent listing. He gave an example of a 300k home sale where the savings are on average 4500.00 in terms of commission fees. Clark Faggioli adds that the homes will be listed in the major websites such as MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.com among other noting that there are no differences but they have passed the savings to the clients. Clark also offers Buyers a 1% rebate at closing, so the program covers both buyers and sellers. For his investor or very experienced clients he also works by an hourly rate.
