New Jersey native, determined to be successful at a young age, never stopped hustling. From selling candy in school to owning his first hair salon business in Paterson, New Jersey, and opening Mr. Cee’s Fashion on the west side of Detroit, Michigan, before his 21st birthday.
He was inspired at a young age to invest in himself and never to have to work for anyone, learning from his losses and taking chances to overcome his challenges.
After several investments in educating himself by reading and taking classes focusing on what was needed to make any business successful, he discovered it was all surrounding marketing and learning how to target your audience.
Cardell soon became a successful business influencer consulting in different serial businesses as a young entrepreneur. He believes anyone can invest in themselves with his blueprint to creating a tax business and build a legacy for future generations.
While seeking different business opportunities that led him to invest in the tax industry in 2001, he opened his eyes into a market he took a passion in expanding his horizon into an 8 figure business in a few years with his partner.
After leading new business growth in a tax franchise expanded into opening several locations in a short time. This opened the doors for Cardell and his partner to visit the table with the core marketing team and Jackson Hewitt tax service franchise owners.
At that time, this was one of the largest tax-preparation companies in the United States.
Cardell recognized a resource gap for minorities to start their own franchises due to credit and finances. He built platforms designed to assist individuals in becoming small business owners with opportunities to develop their tax business portfolio through the IN&OUT Tax Service and STS 1-stop-shop.
The fast rapid growth and success in building partners and relationships opened the doors for individuals to learn how to prepare taxes and become entrepreneurs with little to no experience in 4 months.
With over 20 years of experience, his team leads hundreds of independent tax business owners through STS 1Stop Tax Solutions and In & Out Tax Service franchise offices.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Bailey has added many critical components to expanding and staying compatible in this growing tax industry.
