Charlotte, NC – December 20, 2018 – A YouTube video was just released of Jamie Forbes, 33, telling Charlie Forbes, 35, that she’s two months pregnant with their first child. Jamie revealed the happy news to Charlie on their wedding day, in front of their families, by gifting him a framed sonogram photo. In a tear-jerking wedding speech, Jamie says, “This is the most precious gift I will give you and I hope it makes you as happy as you have made me.”

Jamie found out a month prior to their wedding that she was pregnant and decided to wait until their upcoming nuptials to reveal the news to Charlie and their parents and siblings. “I had a dream before I even got pregnant,” Jamie said, “Where I made the announcement at the wedding. Once I got the positive test, as much as I wanted to shout the news from the rooftops, I knew I had to see it through.”
Charlie’s reaction, as well as the reaction of the wedding crowd, is priceless. Charlie is completely stunned, while Jamie’s mom can be seen jumping up and down while Charlie’s dad balls his eyes out.
Jamie says keeping the news to herself was the hardest thing she’s ever had to do, but that it was worth it. They now have the special moment recorded on film and can show their future child. The couple found out, through blood testing, that they are expecting a girl. They received an email with the results during their honeymoon in Thailand. They plan to name the baby Jillian Eliana Forbes, after Jamie’s younger sister who passed away tragically two years ago.
Jillian Eliana has already made one trip around the globe before she reached 11 weeks gestation. Jamie says that; “For a girl who’s already hitched a ride down the aisle at her parents’ wedding, as well as taken a free trip to the jungle on her parents’ honeymoon, she can’t imagine the adventures life has in store for her once she is born.
