Bike Store Reveals its New Collection of Magnum Bikes

A Canadian electric bike manufacturer has unveiled its new collection of Magnum e-bikes – including the very first with a selection of frame colors to choose from and a commuting bike with a USB charger for mobile phones.

Epic Bikes stocks the high quality Magnum Bikes brand of electric bike and the new Magnum Bikes collection is ready for orders.

The Magnum bike collection has a wide range of designs to choose from – including low step, which are great for people with less mobility; a cruiser version for people wanting to use their e-bikes for touring; the Payload is perfect for companies wanting to use a bike for deliveries; and there is an electric road bike. This is in the shape of a mountain bike, but with road cycling tyres.

Aa spokesperson from Epic Bikes said: “The Magnum Forever Electric Road bike is super sleek and lightweight. You wouldn’t know it was an electric bike by looking at it. The battery is integrated into the down tube, it has rear hydraulic brakes, the frame and handlebars are shaped like a traditional mountain bike. This is a good value buy at the introductory price of $1,999.

“The Magnum Cosmopolitan is the other super sleek looking bike, though this has a drop step and a saddle bag frame on the back to make it a more practical and less sporty model for day-to-day use. It is the first Magnum bike to have a wide range of colour frames to choose from. It has seven different colors, including a bright purple.

“Three of the Magnum bike collection have been recognised by the Electric Bike Review (EBR. The Magnum Peak 27.5” has been singled out at the most affordable bike in the hardtail category by EBR. It is a high power bike with up to 28mph worth of assistance and is perfect for climbing tough hills and is $2,650.

“The Magnum Metro+ High Step has been handpicked as the Best Value Bike in the EBR Commuting Category. This really is perfect for urban life and commuting, right down to the USB points that are built into it for charging mobile devices. The design looks good and it has a 500 watt motor and a 48 volt 13 amp battery pack. This is $2,850.

“Another great option for those who need to commute using public transports is the Magnum Classic 11. It is a low step bike in black. It has been tipped as EBR’s Best Value Bike in the Folding Category. This one has all of the accessories too – a wide gel saddle to make it more comfortable, a large display, six levels of assist, a carrier frame on the back of the bike, lights and padded leather grips. This is $2,200,” he added.
