Beycome, a tech-first, direct-to-consumer real estate platform, announced today the closing of a $2.5 million seed funding round. InsurTech Fund led the oversubscribed round with participation from Pivot Ventures, Florida Opportunity Fund, RedShift Capital, Neer Venture Capital, Kima Ventures, Ignite Venture, and Founders Future, alongside several strategic angel investors.
Founded in 2020, Beycome provides a digital ecosystem that allows homeowners and buyers to conduct transactions without traditional percentage-based commissions. To date, the company has facilitated nearly 20,000 home transactions, helping users avoid more than $216 million in commission fees. On average, the platform closes one home every 40 minutes.
The new capital will support the expansion of Beycome’s proprietary AI system, Artur, which guides users through pricing, offer management, and legal documentation. The company also plans to scale its integrated title services and accelerate its growth into additional U.S. states beyond its current footprint in Florida, Illinois, Alabama, Georgia, Minnesota, South Carolina, and California.
“After bootstrapping Beycome for three years and reaching profitability, this capital allows us to move faster,” said Nico Jodin, Co-Founder and CEO of Beycome. “With the right partners now on board, we can accelerate product development and strengthen our technical leadership to give consumers more choice in how they sell, buy, and close.”
The platform offers a comprehensive suite of digital tools for a flat fee ranging from $99 to $999:
- Automated MLS listing integration
- Professional photography and marketing materials
- Digital offer management and legal contract generation
- Real-time listing performance analytics
- Integrated title and insurance services
“We backed Beycome because they merge human expertise and AI to improve the home selling experience,” said David Gritz, Managing Director at InsurTech Fund. “Artur isn’t theoretical; it actively helps sell thousands of homes and reduces costs all the way to settlement.”
Beycome targets the growing demand for transparency and cost-efficiency in the residential market. By offering buyers a portion of the agent commission back as a rebate and providing sellers with a flat-fee model, the company ensures users retain more of their equity.
