The international airport of Dubai aims that the automated border control will carter the passengers and the airport authority in experiencing different level border control and enhanced immigration security process.
February 2018, FXE becomes first general aviation airport with automated passport control kiosks. The airport has achieved a distinct milestone for implementation of automated passport control self-kiosks to strengthen border immigration protection and customs duty. FXE is the first general aviation airport to do so.
