Zipy will be celebrating his first birthday on April 11 by hosting the Quepos Fashion Show at the Ask Zipy office located in Hotel Papa’s Papalotes. He can’t wait to see all of his friends and make new ones. In fact, he has some exciting news for them. 

From the moment that Zipy was born, to his very first birthday, Zipy has received an outpouring of support from his community. This has inspired Zipy to do whatever he can, whenever he can to give back to a world that has been so kind to him. On April 7, 2019 Zipy is joining 100 countries around the globe to celebrate Good Deeds Day. To participate, he will be joyously announcing at the fashion show for his birthday that he has partnered with local community groups to initiate a beautiful partnership to coordinate activities in Quepos, Costa Rica for the localand expat senior community. 

The idea is for this community to have a space to come together to share experiences and love for this incredible place that they call home. The community center will be supported by donations and run by volunteers. The local community groups and Ask Zipy will coordinate activities to engage the elderly in a healthy, safe, and positive environment. It will be an entertaining, educational, and creative way for everyone to come together.

As Zipy blows out his birthday candles, he wishes for even more adventures, new friends, and to help his community be the best that it can be!
