Besides, unlike the conventional hybridoma technology, the immune antibody libraries can be generated between any fusion partners.

Usually, the phage-displayed immune antibody libraries are constructed in scFv and Fab formats, and the antibody gene repertoire is created based on the immunoglobulin gene of either spleen B cells (for immunized animals) or peripheral blood B cells (for immunized donors). Theoretically, provided sufficient genome information, we can construct antibody libraries for every species and develop the corresponding monoclonal antibodies by using our state-of-the-art phage display technology.”
