Los Angeles, CA – September 19, 2017 – Right in time for the spooky month Halloween, TriCoast Entertainment’s horror division, “DarkCoast” has collaborated with Black Fawn Films and Breakthrough Entertainment for Canadian-horror director, Cody Calahan’s shocking, psychological thriller, “LET HER OUT” and would like to extend you the exclusive invitation to the “LET HER OUT” theatrical nationally and in Los Angeles from Friday, October 20th – October 26th, 2017 at the Pasadena Playhouse at 7:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M.

After DarkCoast and Black Fawn Films successfully collaborated in July 2017 for John Ainslie’s “THE SUBLET”, Black Fawn Films has continued their success of reinventing the ‘70s classic Canadian genre of “canuxploitation” by combining ultimate terror with never seen before violence, providing a new generation for horror-lovers.

“LET HER OUT” depicts a bike courier, Helen, who awakes in a hospital after a traumatic accident. While receiving treatment in the hospital, Helen’s doctors discover a benign tumor, causing her to have bizarre experiences such as hallucinations, night terrors and episodic-black outs.

“And then… the aforementioned, seriously gross gore comes.” – Chris Alexander, ComingSoon.net

She soon finds out finds out that these strange, episodic experiences were caused by her own mother in a gruesome and horrifying pre-birth murder attempt. As her “vanishing twin”, or one that was absorbed back in utero comes into existence, “LET HER OUT” is guaranteed to be the fright of your life.

The lead cast includesAlanna LaVierge, Nina Kiri and Adam Christie whose performances are capturing yet terrorizing, with the clear message – you cannot escape fear, because it lives within.

“Actress Alanna LaVierge succeeded in creating an emotional investment into Helen’s well-being and identity crisis. She made Helen’s struggle believable as she frantically tried to keep everything together. ‘LET HER OUT’ really is a character study in grief, tragedy and identity.” – Ricky Church, FlickeringMyth

“LET HER OUT” is a high-concept horror film, which captures film in a psychological; terrifying way by showing that true fear is innate and inescapable, and will ultimately leave viewers with their hearts racing and chills running down their spines.

“… It’s an effectively unsettling and moody film with a strong central premise and an organic and meticulously crafted structure that gradually closes in around the viewer. …The film holds together with striking visuals and a quiet intimacy that permeates even through the scenes of frenzied horror.” – Kevan Farrow, Scream Magazine
