In his words: “I’m immensely proud of this song and the amount of effort put in was worthwhile. I wanted to up the bar and raise the standard. I dug in deep, explored the composites of my past and past experiences, cohesively put it in my work and shared lots of painful parts of myself in this song”.

Matt Madjerich started his musical journey at the tender age of 12, taking up the guitar and drums. His early influences ranged from Nirvana to Filter, to RED, Chevelle, Three Days Grace and most notably Breaking Benjamin. Matt’s music style can be described as powerful, edgy and hard hitting with large open chords, low tuned guitars and hauntingly intense vocal melodies.

He purposefully makes songs that anyone can embrace and relate with in their own unique way. Although his subject matter is primarily dark and foreboding, Matt hopes his lyrics still convey positive energy and reassurance.

His new music ‘Lost Inside’ is a reflection of his commitment to growth and continual discovery as an artist. Matt intends to make an impact in the future while growing his audience. He created his band named, Dragonfly Effect and their debut album is set to be released in the coming months
