As a MicroStrategy solutions partner, DataFactZ is pleased to provide a new feature to enhance clients’ BI experience. Called HyperIntelligence, this award-winning addition to MicroStrategy Workstation seamlessly enhances documents, web content, email and more with contextual, BI-driven insights.
 
It’s powered by “HyperCards,” bite-sized chunks of information that are automatically embedded in relevant content by scanning for keywords. Whatever apps they might be using (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Salesforce and Workday, plus add-ons for Tableau and Microsoft Power BI), users get contextual answers and helpful insights by simply hovering over the underlined text — without interrupting their workflow. There’s no need to hunt down the information, wait for document permissions, juggle multiple apps or even click.
 
Cards might contain customer or product information, or display employee details. They can also link to another application as part of a workflow, in order to quickly take action. MicroStrategy has made building cards easy — simply drag and drop into pre-designed templates. Once built, the same cards are used in both web and mobile interfaces. Data is protected by security features that ensure users can see only information they have permission to view.
