Structural Highlights
Addressing the characteristics of long workpieces and high requirements for center of gravity stability in the spray painting process, this lifting rail transport cart adopts a box-beam type stable frame. While ensuring zero deformation of the platform under a 20 tons load, the height is compressed to 800 mm, facilitating loading and unloading. The liftingrail transport cart body integrates a hydraulic lifting platform, supporting 200 mm of vertical lifting, which can precisely match the height of the spray painting line hooks or supports, greatly improving docking efficiency.

Battery Power: Eliminating the constraints of cables on ultra-long paths, equipped with a portable charger, enabling flexible movement within the factory area without dead zones.
Collaborative Operation: This lifting rail transport cart works in conjunction with a 30 tons underground cable powered rail transport cart. Through the perpendicular, crisscrossing operation of the two carts, the equipment can turn 90 degrees both horizontally and vertically within the painting workshop, completely solving the problem of limited transport space in confined areas.

Intelligent Control and Safety
Considering the requirements of the painting environment for equipment flexibility and safety, this lifting rail transport cart supports both wireless remote control and wired handle operation modes. The platform is equipped with a clear power display screen, ensuring operators can monitor energy consumption in real time. Simultaneously, the combination of audible and visual warning lights and cast steel wheels ensures both effective warning during operation and enhances the cart’s durability in complex paint mist or temperature fluctuation environments.
