Vancouver, British Columbia – February 15, 2017 – The Commercial Loan Broker Institute has announced that they will be offering training to Canadian citizens with the launch of their Canadian loan broker training program. While there are a variety of training programs available for American commercial loan brokers, this will be the first program of its kind serving the Canadian market.
The Institute’s commercial loan broker training program for Canada will provide students with the knowledge and tools necessary for delivering commercial financing to clients nationwide. It will contain many components from the Institute’s U.S.A. based programs, with a couple of critical differences.
Canadian students will be provided with a network of exclusively Canadian funders, all of whom are located in Canada and have a strong track record of providing top notch commercial financing. Also, the curriculum will cover the unique regulations, financing processes, and taxation considerations that are found in the Canadian market.
A new instructor has also joined the Institute to head up the Canadian loan broker training division. Glen McDannold is a life-long Canada native. He has over 30 years of commercial finance experience and is well versed in the ins and outs of the Canadian financial market.
