The client came to inspect our manufacturing capability, learn about our packaging equipment, and discuss an upcoming new project for fish feed packaging. The project covers two types of packaging machines: 2~10kg VFFS packaging machines and 10~25kg open-mouth bag packaging machines.
During the visit, our team led the client to view the on-site running demonstration of the 10~25kg open-mouth bagging machine and 920 VFFS packing machine. The client also checked other stock machines and finished packaged products in our workshop.
We held in-depth technical exchanges on the packaging solutions. The client shared their bag specifications, which are fully compatible with our equipment. Our machines can reach a packing speed of 500~600 bags per hour, matching the client’s production capacity requirement, with packaging accuracy controlled at 0.15%~0.2%.
Customized functions were also confirmed: the machine can realize labeling after sealing to meet special production demands. All electrical components adopt international famous brands, ensuring stable quality and convenient spare part replacement in Russia. Structural components come with a 2-year warranty. In addition, our equipment can be customized in dimensions to adapt to the client’s limited workshop space.
