PHOENIX, ARIZONA — September 11, 2026 — After more than two decades helping women untangle the beliefs and stored stress that keep them stuck, EFT Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) Dawn-Marie Norton is releasing As She Thinks, So Is She, a modern feminine adaptation of James Allen’s 1903 classic As a Man Thinketh, now available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback. The book pairs Allen’s timeless chapters with original EFT tapping scripts, reflection questions, and journaling pages designed to move the reader from understanding a principle to actually feeling its shift in the body.
With a foreword by Leslie Householder, three-time bestselling author of The Jackrabbit Factor and Rare Faith: Moving Mountains, the book addresses a gap that Norton has seen in her coaching practice for years: women who know their thoughts matter but still feel trapped by old emotional patterns that no amount of positive thinking has resolved.
“Managing our thoughts is not the same as healing the places inside us where those thoughts first took root.” — Dawn-Marie Norton, EFT Coach
What Makes This Book Different
Rather than simply retelling Allen’s work, As She Thinks, So Is She is built on a premise that has taken twenty years to develop: mind and body techniques each work on their own, but together they create a healing combination that neither can achieve alone. Every chapter of Allen’s original text is followed by:
▪ A Key Concepts summary reframed for women’s lived experience
▪ Curated quotes connecting Allen’s principles to scripture, philosophy, and modern voices
▪ Reflection questions for journaling and self-inquiry
▪ A full EFT tapping script, so readers can process the chapter’s ideas somatically, not just intellectually
▪ A daily application practice and affirmation
The result is not a self-help book to read once, but a workbook women can return to — pairing a philosophy of thought with a practice for the body.
A Story Rooted in Real Experience
Norton’s path to this work did not begin in a classroom or a certification program — it began in childhood. Separated from her mother as a girl, she reconnected with her at eighteen, only to lose her to suicide eighteen months later. That early loss planted the question that has driven her life’s work ever since: how does a woman heal what was never resolved, and become whole anyway? Norton found EFT tapping in 2003 and used it to work through that grief, later building a six-figure real estate career on that same foundation of calm, focused thought. She has since studied under leaders in the field, including Gary Craig (founder of EFT), Dawson Church (EFT researcher and founder of EFT Universe), and Dave Blanchard of The Og Mandino Group.
