III. Site Preparation and Civil Foundation Construction

(Core Construction Guarantee)

After administrative approval is granted, the project enters the on-site construction phase, where civil foundation work is of utmost importance and must be executed strictly according to design standards, with confirmation by the design institute.

1. Site Leveling and Marking

Clear the construction site, perform ground hardening or foundation pit excavation according to design requirements; accurately mark out positions according to construction drawings, specifying exact locations of columns and equipment foundations to ensure construction precision.

2. Foundation Construction

Ground Treatment: Compact the site foundation, lay gravel cushion; if the ground is weak, use pile foundation or CFG piles for reinforcement to meet bearing capacity requirements.

Concrete Foundation: Use C30 or higher grade concrete, foundation thickness not less than 300 mm, pre-embed anchor bolts, control foundation flatness (error ≤ 5 mm/m) to ensure subsequent equipment installation accuracy.

Foundation Curing: After concrete foundation pouring, perform 7–14 days of curing; only after strength reaches 80% of design standard can subsequent equipment installation begin.

3. Supporting Civil Construction

Simultaneously advance supporting facility construction, including drainage ditches, sump pits and drainage pipe network installation, fire hydrant, sprinkler and other fire-fighting facility installation, power distribution room and cable trench construction, as well as ground hardening, entrance/exit ramp construction, and marking line painting, ensuring normal operation of the stereo garage.

IV. Equipment Production, Installation, and Commissioning

1. Factory Manufacturing and Pre-assembly

3. On-site Installation

Column Installation: Perform leveling, vertical adjustment, tighten anchor bolts, control installation error ≤ 1 mm.

Beam/Frame Hoisting: Complete steel structure connections, fasten with high-strength bolts to ensure structural stability.

Pallet Installation: Install guide wheels, anti-fall devices, complete chain/wire rope hanging to ensure pallet operation safety.

Drive and Transmission System Installation: Install motors, reducers, adjust chain/wire rope tension to ensure smooth transmission.

Electrical and Control System Installation: Install control cabinets, complete wiring, commission limit, photoelectric, emergency stop, alarm devices to ensure control system normal operation.

4. Equipment Commissioning
