These FRP cable strength members will be used in the customer’s ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) fiber optic cable production line, serving as key non-metallic tensile reinforcement elements within the cable structure to provide stable mechanical support performance.
The customer has long been engaged in the manufacturing of ADSS fiber optic cables and communication cables. Prior to the launch of this FRP cable strength member project, both parties conducted thorough technical communication regarding ADSS cable structural design, processing conditions, and key mechanical performance indicators, ensuring a good match between material selection and the customer’s cable production process requirements. After final inspection and confirmation, this batch of cable reinforcement materials has been loaded and shipped as scheduled, and will be delivered to the customer’s production facility on time to ensure continuous and stable operation of their ADSS cable production line.
