BEIJING – Beijing EasierTong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of internal testing for ImmiClaw, a specialized AI agent solution designed for U.S. employment-based immigration services.
Developed in collaboration with the Tsinghua University AI alumni team and Beijing Meijiehua Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (TopEasier), the platform combines over a decade of industry experience with generative AI technologies. It focuses on key U.S. immigration categories, including EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability) and NIW (National Interest Waiver).
Unlike general-purpose large language models such as ChatGPT or Claude, ImmiClaw is designed as a vertical AI agent system tailored specifically for immigration case preparation. According to the company, the platform uses a modular agent architecture to analyze applicant materials, identify missing evidence, organize supporting documentation, and assist in drafting petition narratives.
CEO Zhihui Ma stated that the system is built on publicly available legal and administrative sources, including the Immigration and Nationality Act, federal regulations, and decisions from the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO). He emphasized that the platform is not intended to replace immigration lawyers or professionals, but rather to reduce repetitive tasks such as document review, evidence mapping, and legal structuring.
Immigration services have traditionally relied heavily on individual expertise, manual document handling, and customized writing. This process can be time-intensive, particularly in high-skill immigration cases where applicants must demonstrate professional achievements, industry recognition, original contributions, and broader societal impact.
ImmiClaw aims to transform parts of this workflow into a more structured and systematic process. Once applicant materials are uploaded, multiple AI agents evaluate the information against defined evidentiary criteria, generating a clearer analytical framework for professional review.
The platform was first publicly demonstrated at the 13th International Migration and Entry-Exit Service Industry Nanjing Summit (Nanjing Conference). The presentation attracted attention from both Chinese immigration agencies and U.S. immigration law firms, reflecting growing interest in the application of AI in cross-border legal and advisory services.
The project highlights a broader trend in China’s AI sector, where companies are shifting from general-purpose chatbot solutions toward workflow-driven systems tailored to specialized professional domains such as legal services, education, finance, and cross-border consulting.
Industry observers note that such tools may play an increasingly important role as professional service providers seek to balance automation with expert judgment. A key challenge for platforms like ImmiClaw will be maintaining accuracy, compliance, and case-specific reasoning while improving efficiency.
If successful, ImmiClaw could become an early example of how AI agent systems are applied within the immigration services market—a field traditionally dependent on manual expertise but now under pressure to become faster, more transparent, and more scalable.
