CHARLESTON, S.C. – Jeff Luther, entrepreneur, speaker, coach, founder of Home-Probe, Inc., and creator of All Can No Can’t, announced today the launch of a new complimentary Clarity Consulting initiative designed to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and high performers who appear successful on the outside but privately feel disconnected, overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or trapped in an endless cycle of achievement without fulfillment.
The initiative was inspired by Luther’s personal experience surviving sudden cardiac death on June 12, 2021, an event that fundamentally changed his understanding of leadership, success, presence, and purpose. After building businesses for more than two decades and spending years focused on growth, achievement, and performance, Luther found himself confronting questions many entrepreneurs quietly carry but rarely discuss openly.
Questions like: “Why does success still feel empty?” “What am I chasing?” “What matters enough to protect?” “Am I building a business while unintentionally neglecting my life?”
“Entrepreneurs are exceptionally good at building companies and exceptionally bad at slowing down long enough to ask whether they are building the life they actually want,” said Jeff Luther. “I know because I lived it. Before my cardiac arrest, I measured success primarily through growth, momentum, and achievement. Nearly dying changed that scoreboard completely. This is not about abandoning ambition. It is about making sure ambition does not quietly cost you everything that matters while you are busy chasing more.”
The complimentary Clarity Consulting conversations are designed as no-pressure sessions intended to help leaders step outside daily demands and evaluate alignment across key areas of life, including purpose, relationships, personal fulfillment, leadership, health, identity, and long-term priorities. Luther said the goal is not therapy, business consulting, or motivational coaching. The goal is perspective.
Participants will be invited into candid conversations focused on identifying where success and fulfillment may have become disconnected, examining areas of life operating on autopilot, clarifying personal priorities, and helping individuals reconnect with values that may have quietly drifted beneath years of responsibility, achievement, and constant motion.
Luther’s perspective is shaped not only by building and leading successful businesses, but by surviving sudden cardiac death, navigating subsequent cardiac events, living with an implanted cardiac device, and experiencing firsthand how quickly life can change without warning. Those experiences ultimately reshaped how he leads organizations, approaches relationships, parents his three sons, and defines success itself.
Through his speaking, coaching, and All Can No Can’t platform, Luther focuses on resilience, ownership, perspective, connection, leadership, and helping people navigate adversity while staying aligned with what matters most.
“Most people do not need another productivity system,” Luther said. “They need space to think clearly. They need permission to ask harder questions. They need someone willing to sit in the conversation long enough to help them figure out whether the life they are building still matches the person they want to become.”
Complimentary Clarity Consulting conversations are available in limited quantities and can be requested directly through Jeff Luther’s coaching and speaking platform.
