Serving as architect, KTGY continues a long and productive relationship with Toll Brothers, collaborating on luxury home communities in Las Vegas. With experience gained from other developments dotted around Las Vegas and the desirable suburb of Summerlin, our team effectively navigated municipal guidelines and review committee requests to shepherd the entitled homes through the final phases of design and construction.
The Glenrock neighborhood is built into the foothills, with significant grade changes from lot to lot. The designs make use of this change to terrace some of the plans and create walkout basements with city or mountain views. There are eight floor plans, each with three elevations and ready-to-build options like front and rear storefront windows, flex rooms, personalized kitchens, great rooms and additional bathrooms. The new community takes advantage of access to a private park and shared amenities of the Grand Park Village master plan.
Incanta Lago, per the client’s objectives, offers the buyer a sense of individuality at production scale on the shores of Lake Las Vegas. The three floor plans each come in three architectural styles: modern, contemporary and mid-century. Material variations give each home personality, with a palette of ready-to-use materials combined and recombined in distinctive ways. Each design boasts an open-concept floor plan, high ceilings and large windows, creating open and light-filled interior spaces perfect for entertaining or relaxing with the family.
Glenrock and Incanta Lago are both gated communities, and much consideration was given to fostering community within the home; standard and personalization options are designed to accommodate guests or multi-generational living. The cumulative effect of each design move, from the front facades to the floor plans, to the placement of design features, serves to make home buying and building enjoyable for the new owners, creating an active but seamless home buying, building and living experience.
