SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – Adnan Tanveer, co-founder of Investing Platform, has returned from Emergence 2026 reporting strong deal flow across multiple sectors in the wholesale investment market.
The three-day investment conference, held in Sydney from February 18 to 20, brought together fund managers, institutional investors, and financial services innovators. Tanveer attended alongside hundreds of industry participants as he prepares to launch Australia’s first AI-driven wholesale investment marketplace.
‘The diversity of opportunities was striking,’ said Tanveer. ‘We saw strong deal flow in property, active interest in cryptocurrency products, several biotech offerings, and even a space technology investment. The market is clearly active.’
Tanveer and his co-founder Adam Newman have spent the past year building infrastructure designed to streamline how wholesale investors access alternative investment products.
‘Emergence confirmed what we have been building toward,’ Tanveer explained. ‘There is no shortage of quality investment products. The bottleneck is access. Qualified investors still face months of friction and thousands in fees to participate in a single opportunity.’
Investing Platform aims to remove that friction while maintaining compliance standards required for wholesale investment products.
‘The investors we are building for do not need education on risk,’ said Tanveer. ‘They need efficient access to opportunities they are already qualified to evaluate. That is what we are launching in Q1.’
Tanveer holds an MBA in Investment Management from the London School of Business and Finance and an MBA Advanced from Sydney Business School. He has over 15 years of financial services experience.
Investing Platform will serve wholesale and sophisticated investors as defined under the Corporations Act 2001.
