Ivan Ilic was born on August 21, 1981, in the former Yugoslavia, in North Serbia, in the city of Senta. He later moved to the United States, where his family settled in Plainfield, New Jersey. Ivan graduated from Plainfield High School, where he pursued diverse interests including auto mechanics, drama, film, art, and songwriting. He copyrighted seven original songs, played soccer, and developed a strong creative foundation early in life.Much of Ivan’s intellectual growth occurred at the Public Library of Plainfield, where he spent countless hours researching medicine, astronomy, physics, Einstein’s theories, Nikola Tesla’s technologies, and ancient archaeology. Inspired by classic science fiction authors such as Jules Verne, Arthur C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov, and H.G. Wells, Ivan developed a passion for blending scientific concepts with imaginative storytelling. After high school, he attended Union Technical Institute in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, studying mechanical engineering with a specialization in mold injection plastics and design.
